a fine craft show celebrating Maine’s incredibly diverse and talented metalsmithing community

Hello! I’m so excited to announce the second annual edition of METAL fine craft show, coming to Portland, ME on August 16th. We had such a blast last year and a great turnout, so it was a no brainer that we had to do another one.

I created this show because there are just SO MANY amazing jewelers, knife makers, blacksmiths, sculpture artists, etc working in metal in New England. This is a very wholesome and supportive network, and what better way to get a fun group together to show off what we’ve been working on, treat the public to our wares, and make connections with each other all in one place?

Our hosts, Austin Street Brewery, are big supporters of local art. They make delicious beer on site, have a fun and helpful staff, and their space is just beautiful. Enjoy a beverage and snack in their cozy indoor space, or hang out on their large outdoor patio after you shop!
